You may order online or by phone. We accept only Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
There is no charge for five swatches or fewer. Please keep in mind that quantities of all fabrics are limited so you should order promptly to avoid disappointment.
If you receive a fabric and it was not what you expected, you may return it to us–in the condition it was sent to you–at your expense. We will issue a store credit for the fabric returned which must be used within 60 days.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail which ensures that you get your fabrics in two to three business days. International shipping takes a little longer. After we receive your order, we cut the yardage, carefully package your fabric in the appropriate box, and weigh the package to determine shipping and insurance costs. We never charge a handling fee. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the subject line Fabric Order Total to notify you of the shipping cost and final total of your order. International customers are responsible for their country's custom fees. We ship six days a week and make every attempt to fill all orders as expeditiously as possible.
