Fabric:	Italian wool embroidered coating, cotton velveteen collar and cuffs
Lining:	silk to match collar and cuffs

Notes:	This elegant coat has a huge head-turning quotient. The amazing collar and cuffs are ruched using a technique that involves patiently applying (while stretching) strips of clear elastic (as in 25 yards!!!) both vertically and horizontally to achieve this neat effect. Bernice did a fabulous job in taking this beautiful princess-seamed coat to a new level.
