Notes:	Carole is a long time member of our active Saturday class at AAF. Unfortunately, most of the hardcore tailoring in this beautiful coat is hidden. Carole painstakingly pad-stitched hair canvas to both collar and lapels utilizing classic sewing techniques. In addition, she used a contrasting black wool for her bound buttonholes and welt pockets. It's always wonderful to see a skilled sewist take a modern pattern and use traditional techniques to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind garment.
