  Notes Marci made this cute knit dress using a textured double knit with added stability and weight. Together the raised waistline and shaped skirt create a smooth fitted line. The sleeves were designed with a band in mind but she skipped the band in favor of a bell shaped sleeve. Marci paired it with tall boots, totally in keeping with her fun approach to fashion.
