Sue created a casual summer dress out of a 100% cotton poplin whimsical print with her usual attention to detail. The dress has a fitted bodice with front and back vertical darts, cut-away armholes with a self-bias finish, and a notched collar. The skirt has soft pleats in front and back with slanted pockets. This is an update of a 1947 vintage pattern, perfect for warm weather and very flattering. On a lucky note, Sue already owned a belt that compliments the dress.
